Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

• For pre-owned items, returns are only accepted if the item is significantly different from the description or product photos. Please note that minor imperfections or signs of wear typical of pre-owned items are not considered defects.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Since international returns (from the U.S., Canada, Australia to Japan) may take 14–30 days, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
  Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
